100% riciclabile e disassemblabile a fine vita, prodotta tramite stampa 3D e manifattura

made in Italy, senza l'utilizzo di colle, solventi o leganti chimici. Il sistema di

assemblaggio è interamente meccanico, basato su incastri e intrecci tra moduli

separabili (tomaia + suola), permettendo il recupero totale dei materiali a fine ciclo di

vita.

Il prodotto è già sul mercato (TRL 8–9), con 450 paia vendute nel 2025 e un fatturato di

€170.000. La rilevanza e la scalabilità industriale della tecnologia sono confermate dalle

collaborazioni in corso con Brand del lusso per l'introduzione della

tecnologia brevettata nella loro produzione.

Servati is an innovative startup that has developed and patented (Patent IT/EU No. 102022000005696) the first 100% recyclable and disassemblable sneaker, produced through 3D printing and Made in Italy manufacturing, without the use of glues, solvents, or chemical binders. The assembly system is entirely mechanical, based on interlocking and weaving connections between separable modules (upper + sole), allowing for the complete recovery of materials at the end of the product's life cycle.

The product is already on the market (TRL 8–9), with 450 pairs sold in 2025 and a revenue of €170,000. The relevance and industrial scalability of the technology are confirmed by ongoing collaborations with luxury brands for the integration of the patented technology into their production.
